Terms of service

What we do. We buy goods you ask for from South African retailers and marketplaces, and from Temu, bring them into Namibia and hand them over to you.
Sources. We buy from South African retailers and marketplaces, plus Temu. Send us a link from a South African store (for example Takealot, Makro or Gumtree South Africa) or from Temu. Links to any other shop outside South Africa are declined. Requests for goods from elsewhere are declined.
No warehouse, no courier. We are not a warehouse and not a courier. We buy the goods you ask for, bring them into Namibia and hand them over. We do not store goods for you, and we do not offer a delivery or courier service for third parties.
Quotes. We send a quote in N$. It is valid until the date shown on it. The order only starts when you accept it.
Accounts. Your account is your mobile phone number, confirmed with a one-time code. We do not accept numbers that fall outside our rules, including numbers from Nigeria (+234), and we may refuse or close an account that we believe is used for fraud.
Your information. We use your phone number, and your email if you give one, only to run your orders and to send you updates about them.
Changes. We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.
